Meet the HighPoint Attorneys
Peter J. Gilbert, Founding Attorney
Peter J. Gilbert is the founding attorney of Highpoint Law Offices PC, a unique estate planning practice excelling in serving and supporting clients by appreciating their goals, values, and passion for life’s important matters. The law is Peter’s second career, after having served in pastoral ministry for 17 years. Peter’s unique background in ministry sets the tone for a law practice that is rooted in respect and compassion, and centered on honoring God by helping others build better futures through estate planning, long-term care planning, special needs planning, and business planning. This level of excellence was acknowledged by readers of the Intelligencer and Courier Times, who voted Peter Gilbert “Best Attorney in Bucks and Montgomery Counties” for 2013 and 2014. Peter’s appreciation of family values and work with local financial experts was also featured in Suburban Life Magazine, 2013 Year in Review.
Peter holds a BA from Haverford College, a BD from Yale Divinity School, and a JD from William & Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law. His postgraduate & advanced training includes work on Medicaid Practice Systems, Elder Law, Long-Term Care, and Estate Planning Advanced Studies.
Peter is also a member in good standing of the following organizations:
Pennsylvania Bar Association, Bucks County Bar Association, Wealth Counsel, Elder Counsel, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Board of Trustees at Christ’s Home Retirement Community.
Peter and his wife Joan are proud parents and grandparents.
Loren Frasco, Paralegal, Executive Director
Loren has been setting a warm and welcoming tone with HighPoint Law Offices since 2003. As Executive Director, Loren oversees many of the day-to-day administrative activities of the firm as well as drafts legal documents. Loren has been running the ACE Client Care program at HighPoint since 2003, and has been an integral part of the firm’s growth over the years.
Loren is a Certified Paralegal and Notary Public with many years of estate planning and elder care experience. She holds a B.S. in Ornamental Horticulture from Delaware Valley College and resides with her husband and family in New Britain, Pennsylvania where she is active in her community.
Ashley B. Han, Associate Attorney
Ashley is a graduate of James Madison University and American University, where she was on the Law Review and graduated in the top 2% of her class. She is married, a mother of 3 , and lives in Lower Gwynedd, PA. where she is an active member of her community serving on the Board of Directors at Bear Creek Camp in Wilkes Barre, organizer of the Vacation Bible School and teaching Sunday school at Trinity Lutheran in Lansdale, Co-President of the Shady Grove Home and School Assoc. Ashley spent much of her years practicing law in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and the US Dept of Justice in DC before she took time off from her legal career to care for her children, aging parents and in-laws. During this time, she gained valuable first-hand experience that will serve her well in her new position as an estate planning attorney.
